Salary Range :

AED. 3K - AED. 5K (From Starting)


Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any commerce subjects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven track record of identifying problems, analyzing situations, and developing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage customer relationships and references to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • A minimum experience of 3years in customer support

  • Good knowledge in all areas of Tally Software and its technicalities
  • Ability to leverage customer relationships and references to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic technical troubleshooting. 
  • A minimum experience of 3years in Tally customer support
